Hello, my Stamping Friends!

I hope you've all been keeping well, and hydrated, if you're experiencing heat like we are here!  Hopefully you're not in any of the places that are experiencing the terrible weather like hurricanes, severe storms and/or lightning strikes!  If you are – stay safe!!

I am counting down the days until I'm able to pre-order from the upcoming Holiday Catalogue!  That's right – if you're a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, you get to start pre-ordering stamps and supplies from the Holiday Catalogue starting August 1st!  I've seen it on-line (still don't have a 'hard copy' yet in my hot little hands!), and let me tell you – you're going to love it!  There are so many fabulous stamp sets, lots of new dies and framelits for the Big Shot – I could go on, and on.

If there were some stamp sets and/or framelits from last year's Holiday Catalogue that you didn't get to pick up – it's not too late!  Click HERE and you can see the many sets that are still available – but ONLY UNTIL  AUGUST 27th – and while supplies last!

I'm also getting ready for another great Creation Station Blog Tour, which will be happening this coming Sunday, August 3rd.  Be sure to come back & check it out – we'll be celebrating Birthdays! :)

I posted a while back about my Technique Junquies Club; it's a group of clients who get together once a month at my place, and I show them at least 2 new techniques, and we create a completed project using the techniques.  Our first 2 techniques were Bleached Stamping, and the Shaving Cream technique.  We had so much fun, and everyone was amazed at how easy & fun it was to do!

This is the completed card:

We used the Blended Bloom stamp as our Bleached Stamping image.

Here's what the pan of shaving cream, with the re-inkers swirled through it, looked like!

I've put these 2 tutorials on my Tutorials page now, for  you to access, and have fun with these techniques for yourself!  I would love to see your completed projects when you're done – just send a picture to me in an email at debsmart@shaw.ca, and I'll share them here, on my blog!

Okay – I've got to get back to creating, and finished working on my classes & events schedule!  I'm so looking forward to having fun with you over the next few months!

Until then – Happy Stamping!
